    • DRAMA ALREADY FOR POTENTIAL VP SARAH “MISS ALASKA REJECT” PALIN

    •
SECTION: Believe It Or Not!!!,What do you think?Bristol Palin, DRAMA, Pregnancy, Sarah Palin

Well here’s that twist I mentioned about Ms. “Hockey/Soccer Mom” :

On March 5th, 2008 Alaska”s Republican Governor, Sarah Palin, announced to the media that she was 7 months pregnant with her 5th child. She is currently 44. Palin”s daughter Bristol is 16 and attends an Anchorage High School. Students who have attended class with her report that she has been out of school for months, claiming a prolonged case of mono. Palin does not appear pregnant in any recent photographs. The announcement came as quite a shock to people who had worked closely with her, and have been quoted as saying that she did not appear pregnant whatsoever during the prior 7 months.

SO her fast ass daughter is preggers and she is pulling a Bre from Desperate Housewives and trying to pass the baby over as her own? WOWWWWWWWWWW…that’s not even a cute lie?  Let’s see how this pans out?  AND by the way…LET’S GET ALL THE DRAMA OUT AND ABOUT to avoid this during the actual presidency….this story is TO BE CONTINUED

    UPDATE:

September 01, 2008. ST. PAUL (Reuters) – The 17-year-old daughter of Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin is pregnant, Palin said on Monday in an announcement intended to knock down rumors by liberal bloggers that Palin faked her own pregnancy to cover up for her child.

Bristol Palin, one of Alaska Gov. Palin’s five children with her husband, Todd, is about five months pregnant and is going to keep the child and marry the father, the Palins said in a statement released by the campaign of Republican presidential candidate John McCain.

Bristol Palin made the decision on her own to keep the baby.  “We have been blessed with five wonderful children who we love with all our heart and mean everything to us,” the Palins’ statement said.

“Our beautiful daughter Bristol came to us with news that as parents we knew would make her grow up faster than we had ever planned. As Bristol faces the responsibilities of adulthood, she knows she has our unconditional love and support,” the Palins said.

The Palins asked the news media to respect the young couple’s privacy.

OH YEAH…AND MCCAIN KNEW ALL OF THIS ALREADY!!!!!!  HOW WILL THIS AFFECT AMERICA’S VIEW OF GOV. PALIN?

    • ANOTHER HISTORIC POLITICAL MOMENT IN THE MCCAIN CAMPAIGN W/A TWIST

    •
SECTION: Important American Government & Politics,What do you think?Alaska, John McCain, Sarah Palin

Republican John McCain shook up the presidential race with his surprise choice of little-kn own Alaska Gov.Sarah Palin as his running mate.  Wonder what his wife thinks? Even more so….will this hinder McCain’s women vote?

McCain who turned 72 on  Friday, worked to grab the spotlight with his selection of Palin, 44, the first woman to be a Republican vice presidential nominee. His choice was first reported by CNBC.

Palin, a self-described “hockey mom,” (Hockey mom huh? wouldn’t that equal NO REAL political experience…maybe this will keep people from trying to pop off about Obama’s “lack of experience”)  is a conservative first-term governor of Alaska with strong anti-abortion views, a record of reform and fiscal conservatism and an outsider’s perspective on Washington.

Palin was chosen over a list of more experienced and better known contenders as the Arizona senator grabbed the political spotlight away from Democratic rival Barack Obama one day after Obama accepted his party’s presidential nomination.

The pick followed days of speculation about McCain’s choice, with most of the better-known contenders like former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty eliminated over the last 24 hours.

Palin, former mayor of the town of Wasilla, is virtually unknown nationally. That could hurt McCain’s argument that Obama, a first-term senator from Illinois, is too inexperienced to handle the White House.

The choice of Palin was a risk for McCain given her lack of national experience, but her record in Alaska will help him reinforce his reform message.

SO MCCAIN CHOOSES THIS PALIN WOMAN WHO IS CITED IN THIS ARTICLE AS BEING ”VIRTUALLY UNKNOWN NATIONALLY”….WHAT’S HIS REAL STRATEGY? I THINK ITS APPARENT WHAT HE IS TRYING TO DO…..AND OBAMA IS JUST AS SMART….WHICH MAY I ADD IS WHY I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS PRESIDENTIAL RACE…BOTH VERY SMART CANDIDATE WHO YOU WANT TO WATCH BATTLE IT OUT!

SO WE HAVE A TWO HISTORIC MILESTONES:  WE EITHER HAVE OUR VERY FIRST AFRICAN AMERICAN PRESIDENT OR THE FIRST FEMALE VICE PRESIDENT…IS IT REALLY ABOUT EXPERIENCE ANYMORE…MAY THE BEST MAN OR WOMAN WIN!!!!!!!!!!!

    YES WE CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

According to some sources, Hip-Hop culture has a big influence on sexual behaviors causing the HIV/AIDS epidemic in the Black community. The Hip-Hop culture speaks bluntly about sexual activities. Because of the misguidance of the Hip-Hop culture embracing promiscuity and unsafe sexual behaviors among youth and young adults, HIV and STDs will continue to skyrocket.

Hip-Hop is not the only genre that talks about sex in their music. More sources believe other genres like Jazz and Rock n Roll talked about sex, but not in ways where sex is dehumanizing.  Several experts state that,  ”We had music that talked about sex since the beginning of time, but for example [when] Billie Holiday would sing, Come put a little sugar in my bowl,’ we knew what she was talking about.”

Cleo Manago, CEO of the AmASSI Health Cultural and Leadership Training Center said Black people allow racism and other disparities to distract them from HIV/AIDS epidemic. He said Black people have experienced inner generational trauma and stress that has not been resolved. Because of the numerous distractions relating to racism in Black America, adults aren’t talking to children about the significance of safe sex. Since the 1980s, Blacks have yet to be sufficiently protected against HIV/AIDS.

    MENTAL HEALTH

Top Ten Ways to Take Care of Your Mental Health

    10. Be realistic. If you are taking on more responsibility than you can handle, rank the activities you are involved with and drop the ones that aren’t absolutely necessary.

    9. Drop the “superman/superwoman” mentality. Nobody is perfect, so don’t expect perfection from yourself or others. Don’t be afraid to ask for help if you need it.

    8. Reflect. Take time out to collect your thoughts. Personal reflection in the form of meditation,  prayer or other ways can reduce stress.

    7. Plan ahead. Feeling unprepared or scrambling to do something in the last minute can be really stressful.

    6. Exercise. Regular exercise is a great way to reduce stress, increase self-esteem, boost energy levels, and improve concentration.

    5. Healthy lifestyle. Eat a well-balanced diet, and limit your use of caffeine and alcohol. Make sure you are getting enough sleep to feel refreshed and energized.

    4. Share your feelings. Talking to a friend or family member about problems in your life can help you organize your thoughts and get support for your feelings.

    3. Hobbies. Take a break from stressful situations by doing something you enjoy. Whether it’s reading, gardening or cooking, make time to relax and do something you like.

    2. Be flexible. Respect other people’s opinions and be prepared to compromise. If you are willing to give a little, others may meet you halfway. Not only will you reduce your stress, you may find better solutions to your problems.

I don’t know if you remember one of my past post where I spoke of a change within myself and learning more about me and life in general…..well it has happened!  My transformation has merely began, well its actually been happening and I just never realized it.  I don’t know exactly how to explain it, but I am glad that it is happening right here, right now.  A friend of mine helped me to realize that some things in my life were blocking my good blessings and to just let go and everything will be alright.  Although that’s easier said than done, I finally understood it and willing to  accept it.  No, I am not saved…just guided in another direction.  It feels phenomenal!
