This is just to remind you that the HIP HOP TAKEOVER 15 Hour MARATHON 2008 is going DOWN on Saturday, August 30th at WBAI New York 99.5 – Pacifica Radio (Peace and Justice Community Radio) from 12 Noon to 3am brought to you by Executive Director Ife Dancy. This year’s theme for the Hip Hop Takeover is Spare Some Change?: Yes We Can!!!! Join me the Beautiful Stranger for my show at 3p-4p entitled ”A Healthy Hip Hop World” where I will primarily focus on Mental, Physical, and overall serious health issues within the Hip Hop Community that directly affect you! We will discuss the repercussions of the deadly HIV epidemic that is hitting our African American community at high staggering rates! In addition, cases of STIs are increasing as well!
